What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy is set by each charter operator individually on each listing.

Most of our charter operators have a FREE cancellation policy with individually set advance notice deadlines, from 24h in advance to up to 60 days. With free cancellation you are able to cancel your booking and get a full refund, or reschedule the trip for a different date. 

Some charter operators have a "no cancellation" policy which means that you will not be able to get your deposit back if you cancel your trip or decide to reschedule for a different date. 

The cancellation policy is stated on each listing under the policies section. Also, depending on the date you choose, free cancellation tags will appear next to charter operators who offer it in the search results list.
