My trip was cancelled, I still don't see a refund on my statement.

If you trip was cancelled by the captain, or if you cancelled the trip without violating the charter operator's cancellation policy, you are eligible for a full deposit refund. As soon as the trip get's cancelled, if the above conditions are met, we process a refund of your payment immediately. 

Even though the refund is immediate on our part, it may take up to 7 business days for your payment processor to actually show the refund in your statement.
