Can I pay the full trip in advance?

Our policy is to only charge you for the deposit payment in advance, the deposit being the key factor which secures your selected date(s).

The main reason behind this is to avoid unnecessary banking issues and excessive back-and-forth financial transactions in case of cancellation or change of booking dates, for both you and the Captain. Even though our cancellation rate is less than 1%, we still feel that this is a valuable policy, and one that likely contributes to our cancellation rate staying that low. Another important reason is that we would be forced to charge additional 3.5% for processing such requests, which would unnecessarily elevate the trip price.

Of course, as we always try our best to be of utmost service to our customers, we are sometimes able to compromise on these issues, but only after all other options have been thoroughly explored.
