Initially, a booking request needs to be confirmed for the Contact Details to appear.
Once a trip is confirmed you can find customer's contact details either through our new Captain App (My Trips) or through your FishingBooker Dashboard.
1. Through the Captain App, by checking the Upcoming Trips section.
2. Through the Dashboard
-Click on one of the highlighted buttons.
By clicking on the Contact by Email button the New Email form will appear on your screen.
If nothing happens please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for support or by Chat at the bottom right corner of your screen.
We would advise you to contact the customers at least a day or two prior to the trip and set the details especially if there are any concerns regarding the weather conditions.
