Initially, a booking request needs to be confirmed for the Contact Details to appear.
Once a trip is confirmed you can find customer's contact details either through our new Captain App (My Trips) or through your FishingBooker Dashboard.
1. Through the Captain App, by checking the Upcoming Trips section.
2. Through the Dashboard
-Click on one of the highlighted buttons.
By clicking on the Contact Customer (click to view) button a new window will appear and you will be able to chat with the customer. Also, on the left side of the screen you will be able to see the details of the reservation as well as the contact details again.
If you are having issues getting in touch with the customer please don't hesitate to reach out to us by email (email@example.com) or by Chat at the bottom right corner of your screen.
We would advise you to contact the customers at least a day or two prior to the trip and set the details especially if there are any concerns regarding the weather conditions.
